The products from Forex Bulls Academy are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: The implied warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, And non-infringement.
In no event shall Forex Bulls Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the products, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the products at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to access and use the products will immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Forex Bulls Academy regarding your use of our products and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
